The British boxer will face the American YouTuber in an eight round contest which will be shown live on Netflix.
Briton Joshua said he will "stamp all over" Jake Paul and "overpower" the American as the pair came face-to-face to build hype for next month's boxing match.
Former two time world title holder Joshua faces YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, theoretically, a massive mismatch - at Miami venue on 19 December.
Fighter's Attitude
"I will injure his face and damage his physique. I aim to demonstrate my superiority," the British boxer, 35 years old, said.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I'm going to really want to injure him. That's my intention."
Respectful Exchange
In spite of those words, a composed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - typically known for his theatrics - shared friendly words and maintained decorum with each other.
Jake Paul instead criticized ex Joshua opponent Francis Ngannou and called him "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian rejected a fight offer.
Taking Aim at Fury
Anthony Joshua, at the same time, criticized UK rival Tyson Fury - and rejected a million-pound wager 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a Paul win.
"[Paul] outshines Fury - he's actually sitting here," Joshua said.
"I acknowledge that."
Serious Fighter
Despite declaring he will hurt Jake Paul, Anthony Joshua chose not to talk badly about his rival's fighting skills.
"Jake Paul is a serious fighter," he stated.
Jake Paul's Background
Jake Paul - who first rose to fame on the television network - has mostly fought MMA fighters or declining opponents since becoming pro.
He lost to British fighter Tommy Fury in 2023.
Financial Attraction
Nevertheless, the novice is still one of the sport's biggest commercial attractions, frequently receiving substantial paydays.
Forecast and Confidence
The 28 year old forecast a KO victory in the fourth or fifth round and stated he would derail the much-anticipated Joshua–Fury fight, which is apparently under discussion for two years from now.
"It's going to be me versus Tyson Fury next year," Paul declared.
Size Disparity
As Joshua and Paul engaged in the traditional face-off, with their size difference clearly visible, it highlighted just how surprising this entire matchup is - and how amazing it is that the bout is actually proceeding.
